"I bought a Gravely ZT HD 52” with the Kawasaki engine from Dallas Mower today and had a great experience with Lance, the owner. I had found a competitive price from a larger dealer nearby, and Lance was willing to work with me on the price and earn my business.
I really appreciate that because I’d much rather support a local business when I can. The mower was exactly what I wanted, the price was fair, and I’m glad I bought local. I’d encourage others to give Dallas Mower a chance before going straight to a big dealer."

"I purchased a Gravley zero turn mower here many years ago. I called them last week with questions about changing the hydraulic fluid and filter on it. They were still very happy to answer my questions and steer me in the right direction even though I was doing the work myself. That type customer service is very rare these days. When and if I ever need another mower I will be purchasing it here. Good people work here."

"The owner of Dallas Mower definitely stands behind his products and does what he says he will do. I was recommended by my father in law to buy my mower from Dallas Mower because of their service and I found out quickly he was right. I bought an Ariens 52” zero turn mower a month ago and as soon as I started using it it started shuttering and wanting to shut off, so Dallas mower brought it back in to see what the issue was, but couldn’t figure out the problem. So they sent the mower back to me and told me if it does it again to let them know and they would just replace with another mower. Well….this past Saturday while cutting the grass it starting completely shutting off on me over and over again. So I called Dallas Mower and told them the situation. He said when they got back in on Tuesday they would call Ariens and see what they could do. Tuesday came and they called me first thing and instead of dealing with Ariens he said he would just bring me a new Gravely and take back the Ariens!
In a day and age where it’s hard to find honest people who stand behind their work or company this was truly refreshing. They have definitely earned me as a customer for life and will refer them to anyone I know who is looking for a new mower. Plus this helps support the local businesses instead of going to big box retailers.
Thanks Dallas Mower for taking this frustrating situation and turning it into a bright one."

"I purchased a gravely zero mower zt 42 I love it had no problems just the battery which I did not use for a while that’s it the salesperson walk me me through all my options before purchasing not sure what other people are experiencing but this shop seems to be fine with me"
